Do I Need to Bring My Own Lock?
No, at the time of rental you will need to purchase a security
cylinder lock from our office. When you vacate the unit, you will be
eligible for a lock refund provided you return the lock cylinder and all
keys issued with it.
Do I Need to Come to the Office to Make a
Payment? No, payments can be mailed in or you can sign up
for our credit card authorization program to make your rental payment each
month.

Do You Accept Business/Commercial Accounts?
Yes! Business and commercial accounts are welcome. Please ask
us about our business specials.
How Safe is Your Facility?
Very safe! Each of our units are individually alarmed and monitored 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. We also video record the premises at all
times, and don't forget those security cylinder locks.
Is Climate Control Recommended?
Climate control is recommended for long term storage of records,
fine furniture, antiques or electronics. Standard units are great for
short term storage of all types and long term storage of household goods
and vehicles.
What Hours Can I Access My Unit?
Access is available to our units from 6 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week, 365
days a year. 24 Hour access is available for a nominal fee.
When are Your Offices Open?
Our offices open on Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday from 9 am
to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm. We will be closed for New Years
Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and
Christmas Day. Gate access is still available at those times.
Do I Need To Come To The Office To Make A
Payment? No, with our newly renovated web site this is no
longer the only method to make a payment.
