I have been a customer at The Storage Depot for about two years. I
really value the way the staff runs the facility and conducts business.
They are very friendly and they always make you feel welcome. The
facility has great access hours (6 am – 11 pm), top notch security
system, so you can store your valued possessions without worry,
competitive pricing and very clean facility. They play GREAT music
throughout the facility and my wife just loves the fresh clean scent of
the facility! The Storage Depot always has great snacks and refreshments
for their customers.
 The
facility has also helped me with my business by the hours of operation
and accepting my deliveries. Frequently I need to get my materials at 6
am and the facility is open. A trusting staff gave me the confidence to
allow The Storage Depot to accept my shipments. By working in another
city and receiving shipments on a weekly basis it is impossible for me
to get back to Bordentown to accept each shipment, so it makes my day
flow a lot easier.

 I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am that I chose your storage
facility. Getting to your location is convenient, and I am especially
impressed with the cleanliness of the storage units. I
am also amazed at your willingness to accommodate our special needs.
Anytime I need your help with a delivery or need the assistance of a
forklift, your team of trained professionals is never more than a phone
call away. What a blessing that
forklift is! Using your facility vs warehousing for our packaging
supplies saves us a great deal of money in rent. We also are able to
keep our inventory in order and under control for easy access when
needed saving precious time and money.

 I
just wanted you to know how absolutely pleased I am with your facility.
The location is perfect as it is right where my route begins. Starting
my job between 4:30 and 5:00 in the morning and having bread delivered
directly to my units, after midnight, is extremely valuable to me. This
service allows me to load my product immediately and begin my day.
I previously stored my product
in a warehouse and was always worried about the security, not to mention
the large rental expense. The outstanding security system and low rates
at your facility has truly given me peace of mind.
Your facility is spotless and
the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The refreshments are
wonderful and I just LOVE the candy.

I wanted to express to you how pleased our company is
with your staff and facility. Everyone has been so friendly and
accommodating to all our business needs. The hours of access play an
important role in the success of our business and your facility has made
life much easier for us.
I would like to begin by telling you how your
facility has helped our business, from the beginning, with whatever
needs we had. We feel that the staff at The Storage Depot was always
willing to work with us. The convenience of you taking, checking in, and
signing for our deliveries is priceless. It is always important for us
to know when our deliveries have arrived and you have always called
immediately. Proving us forklift service when needed has simplified our
job and expedited our work time.
Your impeccably clean facility, reasonable prices and
location (10 – 15 miles from our office), made our decision to store at
your facility a no-brainer.
 We
have always felt that the materials we store at your facility are safe
and in good hands. If something that was delivered appeared damaged, you
called us immediately to let us know. This has saved us money as well as
grief.

Dear Meredith,
I would like you to know how delighted I am with your
facility. Your location is centrally located to my painting business
which makes my life so much easer. By having a central location it makes
it easy to set up our jobs, and pick up or drop off product as needed.
This convenience has saved us time not to mention a great deal of money.
 Your
facility is extremely clean and well maintained which means a great deal
to me. Your office personnel are very interactive with the customers,
which gives you a warm feeling. I must say how impressed I was when, on
a very hot day, you actually drove the site and handed cold water to the
tenants who were using the facility. You even go further with
hospitality by offering refreshments and goodies along with a copy and
fax service at the office.
It is important that you are comfortable with where you
store your business/business supplies, and or your personal treasures. I
can say that I would highly recommend your facility as the best in the
area.

Dear Meredith,
I just wanted to let you know how
extremely pleased we are with your facility, staff and how much you have
helped our business. My company has been with The Storage Depot for over
4 years. We first started by parking just a few of our company vehicles
and have now expanded to 10 parking spaces, 6 storage units, ranging
from 10 x 20 to 10 x 55 totaling 775 sq ft of space. We have everything
here we need, a dumpster, our trucks, and of course our customized
units. Every need our company has had, you have been able to accommodate
us.
When we have equipment delivered
and need a forklift, you have a forklift. When we need a larger or
smaller space, you provided us with custom unit to meet our needs. We
also are able to keep better inventory control, and make sure we have
everything we need before we leave for a job. You allow us to increase
and decrease the number of units and parking spaces we have depending on
what our current needs are without locking us into a long term contract.
Having everything at our finger tips has saved us a great deal of time
and money.
 With
the majority of our employees living in an apartment complex across the
street it makes the trip to work, in any weather, possible for them.
Those employees who don’t live in the immediate area find no difficulty
getting to work. I am able to run three crews out of your facility
servicing; Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. You have
also made my life so much easier by allowing us to use the fax machine
to send information to our home office in Ventura, CA instead of going
to a copy shop to get my work done.
And finally, your office staff is
amazing. They are always there to help us and lend a hand. Greeting us
daily with a smile, a warm or cold beverage not to mention the goodies
has sure made a difference in our work day. I would like to thank you
and would highly recommend you service to any business or home owner.
